The Instructional Designer is responsible for creating engaging and effective learning materials, including eLearning modules, instructor led training, and multimedia resource for professional enrichment of the Toyota Material Handling dealer network. |
Education & Experience |
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field required • Demonstrated proficiency in navigating and utilizing learning management systems, encompassing tasks such as course uploading, curriculum development, report generation, and comprehensive management of administrative functions • Extensive utilization and demonstrated proficiency leveraging eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or comparable platforms • Experience in facilitating both in-person and virtual sessions a plus • Expertise in designing gamified learning experience, as well as scenario-based and application-based learning methodologies. • Excellent writing, storyboarding, scripting and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Comprehensive knowledge and application of adult learning principles and instructional design principles • Complete full data analytics for responsible area and implement solutions • Ability to manage confidential information |
