Full Job Description

Key responsibilities will include

  • Directly overseeing a global Client Service team providing support to internal and external stakeholders related to the lifecycle of institutional trades.
  • Identifying and recommending opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
  • Collaborating with all business partners and various departments, creating efficiencies and mitigating risk for team and organization
  • Managing and developing team of individual contributors working on complex issues
  • Resolving complex issues and processes within Institutional Investment Operations
  • Making decisions and resolving issues regarding resources, objectives and operations of functional area and team to meet business objectives
  • Interpreting and developing policies and procedures for functions
  • Collaborating and influencing all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
  • Leading team to achieve objectives and strategy
  • Managing allocation of people and financial resources for Institutional Investment Operations group
  • Mentoring and guiding talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Institutional Investment Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of securities industry
  • Five years of Management experience
  • Ability to develop and negotiate solutions to issues with partners or clients including escalations as needed
  • Ability to lead and operate collaboratively, execution focused, and results oriented
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
  • Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams with an end goal of improving service for clients
  • Experience presenting information to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding at all levels
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to lead and operate collaboratively, execution focused, and results oriented
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
  • Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions
  • Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to reach conclusions, identify tasks, record actions, and achieve results
  • Overall cross-collaboration experience required to effectively engage both onshore and offshore counterparts
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$111,100.00 - $197,500.00
