Inspector - Level 3
As an Inspector - Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products. You will be accountable for conducting inspections, performing tests, and documenting results to ensure that our products meet the highest standards. Your attention to detail and dedication to quality will contribute to the success of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers.
You will report directly to our Quality Assurance Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the reliability and safety of our products by conducting thorough inspections and tests. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any quality issues, and you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our manufacturing processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products
* Document inspection and test results accurately and maintain detailed records
* Identify and report any quality issues or non-conformities
* Work with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality issues
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes

YOU MUST HAVE
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality inspection or a related field
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and specifications
* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
WE VALUE
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Associate's degree in a technical field
* Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems
* Knowledge of inspection techniques and equipment
* Problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve quality issues
* Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry advancements
