This job will include but not limited to overseeing the complete property of 463 apartments at 8 different locations throughout the city. The ED must over see all office personal, property managers and a complete maintenance staff. and a large budget that requires you to be able to work with the Board of Commissioners. You will be required to have weekly meeting with staff to ensure the Housing Authority is meeting all local,state and federal guidelines. This person must have at least 5 years experience managing rental properties. Must be computer knowledgeable. Must be able to travel 10 weeks out of the year for state,federal conferences. Must know local, state and federal renting guidelines. Must have experience in managing up to 30 people. Things that are preferred but not required are a familiarity with HUD guidelines and eviction process. This job comes with these benefits Salary 85,000-105,000 depending on experience. 200 PTO (paid time off) off each year starting July 1 8.5% 401k match 13 Holidays off a year. 150 a day per diem for travel days.
