  • Works positively and collaboratively with others and within team; willing to proactively jump in to help others; can partner effectively with team members in multiple time zones
  • Is self-assured to ask probing questions, investigate, understand a situation, make a recommendation and explain the logic for this decision to other team members
  • Shows analytical curiosity and is a thoughtful interpreter of data and patterns

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's/undergraduate degree required, MBA or other professional degree preferred
  • Experience at an investment bank and/or a toptier consulting firm and/or working within another high-caliber corporate development team or finance function (role and responsibilities will be adapted to the level of experience)
  • Hands-on experience in M&A due diligence, transaction evaluation and execution, deal negotiation and legal documentation is beneficial
  • Familiarity with professional services companies and business models as well as experience in the digital, technology, advanced analytics space is a plus
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and financial modelling skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Who You'll Work With

You will work as part of our global Corporate Development team distributed across Europe and the US. Beyond the core team you will operate in a global cross-functional team (including legal, HR, tax, accounting) to push our deal agenda. Depending on the deal and project you will collaborate and interact closely with senior business leaders across BCG, consulting teams, and local support teams.
