The Gas Lift Product Manager/Champion is responsible for managing downhole gas lift product line. The successful candidate will execute the strategy as envisioned by the Portfolio Director or Manager. The responsibilities of this role include supporting product development and investment decisions, executing product go-to-market strategy, developing product marketing materials, and cross-functional collaboration to support product life cycle management.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Functional, business, and financial performance of the product(s).
Serving as the product's advocate both internally and externally. - Conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and training for stakeholders, customers, and partners to showcase the product's value proposition and benefits.
- Developing a product strategy and vision based on market research, customer feedback, and product line goals.
- Defining the product roadmap and prioritizes features and enhancements accordingly.
- Owning the Product Development Management process for new technology development.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering & Technology, supply chain, Service delivery, and others, to deliver products to market
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Bachelor's Degree within appropriate Engineering/Science discipline
* 5+ years' experience in downhole Gas Lift completion design modelling, gas lift production performance optimization, gas lift support and gas lift sales.
* Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis.
* Business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
* Travel Required (>25%)
