Job Description:
This is a fully remote opportunity. Candidates must be located in Central or Eastern Standard Time.
Position Overview
The Field/Sales Marketing Professional will work closely with the team to develop and manage a broad range of marketing campaigns, including agent education and content development. This role involves tracking progress, managing timelines, and overseeing overall project management. The ideal candidate should be familiar with B2B marketing concepts and processes, understand legal/compliance review procedures, and preferably have experience with online tools for review submissions, creative reviews, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and deploy agent-facing educational materials supporting Humana’s full product portfolio and other priority topics.
· Quickly understand processes and operate independently within established procedures.
· Review deliverables to ensure alignment with the creative campaign brief and messaging framework.
· Assist with brand reviews with the internal creative agency and client reviews of creatives for webinars, emails, web pages, one-pagers/flyers, etc.
· Assist with compliance reviews in Aprimo for agent content pieces such as webinars, emails, web pages, one-pagers/flyers, etc.
· Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including the internal creative agency, legal and compliance teams, and business partners, providing updates on project progress.
· Manage timelines to ensure deliverables launch in accordance with election period campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
· 5-7 years of marketing experience.
· Experience in developing and deploying marketing materials.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Excellent project management skills.
· Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Agency or in-house agency experience.
· Experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, Aprimo, or similar.
· Experience with email deployment software such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
· Copy/creative editing experience.
· Healthcare insurance or compliance experience is a major plus.
