As a Field Service Technician I here at Honeywell, you will assist in providing technical support through on-site installation, servicing, and repairing complex equipment and systems. You will work under direct supervision and go through extensive training. You will follow detailed work instruction and escalates any discrepancies in customer requirements, blueprints, or work instructions. You will identify and escalate opportunities to improve the installation or repair procedures. You will escalate any administrative difficulties relating to the delivery and installation of proper equipment.
You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work from a Honeywell customer site according to a set schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspect for Quality
- Install or Repair per Work Order
- Escalate Issues
- Provide support for Security (Access Control and CCTV)/BAS/Documentation at customer sites
- Travel: up to 20%
*Must be within 100 miles from the Honeywell Redmond, WA site.
**This position will primarily support customers in Redmond, WA. On occasion, will support the West Region.
The annual base salary range for this position is $43200 - $54000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. - 1+ years of experience in field service or a related technical role
- High School Diploma or GED
- Electrical Trainee Card
