YOU MUST HAVE:

• 2+ years of experience within HVAC or field service industry
• Technical and mechanical aptitude
• Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting HVAC and building automation systems
• Experience identifying and utilizing trade tools and PPE appropriately
• Ability to work independently and as a team depending on project needs
• Physical ability to lift up-to 50lbs at times
• Ability to travel throughout the service area
• Valid Driver's Licenseand driving record acceptable to Honeywell

WE VALUE:

• Knowledge of system protocols including BACnet, Lon, Modbus, HTML. JAVA
• Controls experience in a large commercial environment.
• Honeywell, JCI, Andover, and/or Niagara-Tridium system experience is preferred
• Experience in an electrical/electronic background
• Proven track record of providing a high level of customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
