Join the team and create the future of customer experience together.Genesys Finance Operations is seeking a talented individual to manage receivables on Enterprise level accounts. The objective of this role is to manage these high value accounts by resolving all obstacles to timely payments. This includes dispute resolution, regular customer engagement, collaboration with internal teams and regular updates on account statuses to relevant stakeholders The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning with policy compliance and overall account maintenance. The focus of this role is to deepen relationships with Enterprise level customers by providing a finance contact that will aid with keeping their accounts current.
Key Responsibilities:

Leverage industry experience to collect payment on large balance accounts

Liaise with internal stakeholders regularly to provide account status updates, identify path to resolution on disputes, and follow through to payment receipt

Conduct calls with customers and partners within the portfolio to understand pain points, build a positive relationship, and use what is divulged to recommend process and system improvements

Collaborates with multiple levels of management and various business segments including Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Revenue, Marketing, and Information Technology.

Monitor open aging of assigned accounts and communicate status to management on a regular cadence

Supports collection strategies to meet DSO targets for the division and individual portfolio

Accurately forecast expected cash and report as appropriate

Resolve customer billing issues, reconcile account discrepancies, and assist customers and internal departments with problem solving needs

Interact with Sales and Customer Care Team members for communication and coordination in managing A/R issues, as appropriate

Responsible for investigating, processing, and crediting the customer when applicable for tax exemption credits, billing errors, and rebates

Minimum Requirements:

6-10 years of global credit and collection experience

Required experience in leading global credit and collections teams

Strong problem solving and financial analysis skills

Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related qualitative field

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$47,300.00 - $87,900.00
