We are seeking a Miami-based (relo package available), dynamic and results-oriented e-commerce manager to lead the digital growth strategy for an established European line of nutraceuticals. This role is crucial for establishing a presence on leading e-commerce platforms, driving online sales, and creating a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing e-commerce channels, overseeing digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and revenue growth.
Below are the core responsibilities but you'll be in a position, in time, to build out your team to hand off some of the more tactical ones:
E-commerce strategy development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive a successful launch across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart.com, etc, and the brand-owned DTC eComm platform
Identify and establish partnerships with e-commerce platforms to optimize product visibility and sales
Platform management:
Oversee the setup, optimization, and management of product listings, ensuring accurate and engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines
Monitor and optimize performance metrics, including conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
Digital marketing:
Oversee targeted digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, and social media advertising, to drive traffic and sales
Collaborate with the marketing team to create content tailored to specific patient groups
Requirements:
A minimum of three years' experience in retail account management or trade marketing, preferably within the consumer or nutraceuticals industry, is required
A proven track record of building relationships with key account stakeholders
Deep understanding of retail dynamics, shopper behavior, and trade marketing strategies
Experience collaborating with marketing teams and agencies to create, manage, and optimize visual and written content for e-commerce platforms
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
...and from a more temporary and tactical standpoint:
Experience with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and Walmart marketplace, including listing optimization, inventory strategies and driving overall platform performance
Proficiency in running PPC campaigns on Amazon, google ads, or social media platforms, ensuring high click-through rates and ROI
