eCommerce Manager

Position Overview
Our digital wellness client is searching for an eCommerce Manager to oversee their online sales strategies and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing eCommerce platforms, optimizing customer experience, and driving revenue growth through effective project management and marketing initiatives.

Location: Fully remote, EST preferred
Duration: 20 hrs/week, 3 months to start, potential to extend

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to drive online traffic and sales.
• Manage the Shopify platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo to engage customers and boost retention.
• Oversee content coordination for the website, ensuring all product information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Utilize SMS tools to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
• Analyze eCommerce data to identify trends and optimize marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Monitor customer experience metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an eCommerce Manager or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Shopify and Klaviyo.
• Experience with project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of email marketing strategies and best practices.
• Familiarity with Showit and SMS marketing tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to optimize customer experience and implement interactive tools.
