Position Overview
The Marketing Director will lead the marketing strategy and execution for our company, focusing on demand generation and growth marketing initiatives. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement within the mortgage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive demand generation and lead acquisition.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Optimize marketing campaigns based on performance metrics and KPIs to maximize ROI.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to enhance skills and drive performance.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Manage omni-channel marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in the mortgage industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, demand generation, and lead generation strategies.
- Experience with campaign optimization and performance analysis using KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in B2B marketing and competitive analysis.
