Summary:
Director Serves as key member of leadership team by coordinating all department activities. Facilitates communications across department. Provides project management support and prepares senior management presentations. Understands priorities, operating policies and procedures necessary to ensure appropriate organizational decision-making occurs and practices are followed.
Responsibilities:
* Provide project management support on key projects
* Central coordination of all department activities, implementation of organizations objectives, and the dissemination of information across the department
* Create integrated communications and presentations
* Provide organizational development/effectiveness consultation with business area leadership on organizational design, processes, and strategic planning * Manage up to 5 people
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree or military experience
* At least 5 years of experience in Staff management and training
* At least 5 years of experience in Organizational development and performance
* At least 5 years of experience in Budget management
* At least 5 years of experience in Project or process management
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or Organizational Development
* At least 8 years of experience in Staff management and training
* At least 8 years of experience in Organizational development and performance
