Location: Hybrid - mix of Remote & Warrenton, VA

Rate Range: $30-$50 per hour based on level

Role Overview:
Our client, a marketing and analytics focusing on governmental contracts, is looking for a talented Designer with B2B experience to join their team on an ongoing freelance basis. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, but the client prefers candidates who can occasionally visit their Warrenton, VA office for a hybrid work arrangement, which currently is not rigid. The role involves a commitment of approximately 20-40 hours per week.
The Designer will collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team to develop, design, and produce marketing materials for internal initiatives. This includes visual branding, social media content, marketing materials, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create design assets for social media, marketing, branding, and activations.
- Improve and finesse agency branding and how it applies to all promotional and advertising channels
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in Graphic Design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Ability to be on site to some capicity hybrid in Warrenton, VA
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
