BAE Systems is actively recruiting for our Contracts Leadership Development Program (CLDP).
Our mission is to cultivate professionals within the Contracts Management organization who are 'action oriented', will lead effective change, and promote innovation within BAE Systems. The program is 36 month, entry-level, career launch program designed to build a strong business skills foundation for a successful career in Contracts.
As a CLDP participant, you will gain:
Experience: CLDP is a 36-month program, consisting of three, 12-month rotations through each of our business areas (Combat Mission Systems, Ship Repair & Ordnance Systems). It is designed to provide a diverse set of experiences through challenging rotational assignments, contracts management training programs, advanced education, leadership development, and mentorship. Rotations correlate with major DoD program lifecycle phases, including Research & Development, Engineering Manufacturing and Design, Production and Sustainment. Each rotation will expose a Participant to a different business area, facility, and manager, to the extent practicable.
