Content Strategist / Copywriter - REMOTE & FULL-TIME!

Rate / Salary Range: $60-$80K
Timeline for hire: 2-3 virtual interviews, then offer extended
Position Overview
Our CPG (THC-infused!) beverage client is seeking a Content Strategist / Copywriter to join their team full-time - and they are open to someone REMOTE! They are only asking that you are able to EST hours to align with the rest of the team that is primarily on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing content for integrated creative campaigns including social media, digital advertising, and long-form content. Examples include: Creative campaigns, product descriptions, brand voice guidelines, ad copy, email campaigns, content strategy plans, video or script writing, and more.
The ideal candidate will be strong in marketing copywriting, but also have the ability to pair strategy, SEO and data to influence creative decisions. They will be looking for samples of defined brand writing experience and how it is applied to web, digital, social, print, and video creative. There also may be an opportunity to re-imagine and launch a new brand voice and tone in future campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who can leverage SEO and analytics to drive content performance and contribute to our overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the brand voice that aligns with brand objectives.
- Create engaging, high-quality SEO-optimized copy for various platforms including websites, blogs, and social media.
- Write for integrated campaign / advertising channels including social, print, web, digital, video content, OOH, and more.
- Analyze content performance using Google Analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Copywriter or Content Strategist, preferably within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics for measuring content performance.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
