Job Description and Skill Set:
- Responsibilities:
- Define requirements, manage work backlogs, set work priorities.
- Oversee IT development stages (planning, designing, testing, approval, implementation) for SUCCESS platform modules.
- Collaborate with business area SME teams and DDI vendor.
- Required Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 7 years in IT development and CI/CD processes.
- Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst and Tester.
- Advanced knowledge of SDLC and project management.
- Experience with DevOps, AWS, and JIRA.
- Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of MDHS systems (SNAP, TANF, Child Support, Child Care).
- Experience with Agile methodologies, leading SCRUM meetings.
- Effective communication with program managers and executives.
