Bioprocess Development Research Associate 2066802
Location: Greater Boston, MA (Onsite)
Focus: Cell Therapy
Job Overview: Our clients Bioprocess Development Team is looking for a Research Associate focused on developing, testing, and evaluating new clinical-grade surfaces and materials for iPSC culture, working closely with both Bioprocess Development and Engineering teams.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain human iPSCs using both manual and automated methods.
- Advance cell culture techniques and conditions through targeted studies.
- Develop and perform assays for bioprocess optimization.
- Document experiments in electronic notebooks and communicate results to the team.
Primary Job Requirements:
- BS/MS in Biomedical/Biological Sciences with 1-2 years’ experience.
- Skilled in mammalian and human stem cell culture and analytical techniques.
- Knowledge of GMP and automated cell systems
- Proficient in laboratory techniques including ELISA, PCR, Flow Cytometry, and Immunofluorescence Staining.
- Coding (Python, MATLAB) and image processing experience
- Detail-oriented with high technical accuracy; independent and team player.
- Strong communicator, adaptable to dynamic team settings.
