Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Automate Avaya Services: Implement automation for Avaya CM and SM.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline processes and maintain high efficiency.
- Support and Documentation: Assist with paperwork, knowledge articles, and training materials.
- Analytic and Automation Tasks: Handle day-to-day tasks related to tickets and operational processes.
Typical Day
- Address Tier 2 operational issues.
- Collaborate with engineering staff on analytics and automation.
- Manage number inventory and support data collection.
- Participate in legacy cleanup and create knowledge articles.
Skills and Qualifications
- Avaya Expertise: 8-10 years of experience, preferably with Avaya Aura 10 or higher.
- Solution Design and Problem Management: Proficiency in designing solutions and managing problems.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in server configurations, virtualization (VMware), and ServiceNow.
- Managed Support Services: Experience in Tier 2 or Tier 3 support and break-fix operations.
