Our B2B ad agency client is looking for a full-time Associate Creative Director to join their team! This role is hybrid and requires you to be in the office Tuesday-Thursday in SF.
Responsibilities of the ACD:
- Guide agency and clients in forward-thinking concept creation and design
- You will be hands on from concepting, to designing and writing copy, to working on brand activations
- Work with their team on visualizing concepts, developing the look and feel, making adjustments/revisions
- Lead, manage, and mentor art directors, designers and freelancers
Skills Required:
- Minimum 8+ years experience of proven experience in concepting, designing and copywriting for advertising and branding projects
- Experience working with advertising agencies is a MUST
- Experience concepting and creating 360 integrated ad campaigns a MUST
- Experience in B2B clients is a MUST
- Experience developing client relationships
- Software: Creative Suite, Figma, Google Suite
