Our client, a well-known CPG brand, is seeking an Associate Brand Manager to join their team. The role is full time and will be 5 days a week fully onsite.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in P&L reporting, and strong product launch experience.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for executing brand strategies that elevate our client's market position, identifying consumer opportunities, sell stories, and 360 marketing support
-Support the Director of Brand Marketing to execute innovation projects from ideation through commercialization
-Help to maintain brand identity and assist with new product development and execution.
-Provide category analysis and recommendations, research and trend tracking, product strategy implementation, and portfolio support
-Work through market, competitive, trend, and sales data, and easily synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
-Create updates, and analyze ongoing brand health analysis and KPIs. Continuously identify key business drivers and opportunities to drive brand growth.
-Project Management: create and manage timelines and milestones, and work through challenges towards resolution.
-Serve as a brand leader within the organization driving collaboration among teams.
-Quantify the size of opportunities, and financial impact and create a business case to support the recommendation
-Present to senior leadership as needed
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing with MBA preferred
-4+ years experience in brand management, preferably in consumer packaged goods or food & beverage industry, and currently in a brand management role
-Well-versed in NIQ (Nielsen) or IRI reporting
-Strong organization, project management, communication, analytical skills and creative thinking
-Familiar with club channels: Costco, BJ's, Sams Club etc
-Excellent presentation skills; is comfortable and confident working with others and presenting to Sr. Leadership
-Strong leadership skills and collaboration, can influence all areas within the organization
-Is both a strategic thought partner but can also delve into the day-to-day executional tasks
-Exceptional time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, can easily pivot as needed
