Honeywell's ACST team is seeking an Assembly Test Technician level 2 for our Chandler, AZ. location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Will have to be willing to cross train to limit production disruptions.
  • Conduct tests and evaluations on electronic systems to ensure functionality and adherence to specifications.
  • Install and integrate electronic components into mechanical systems, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electronic malfunctions to identify and address issues promptly.
  • Assemble mechanical and electronic components for production.
  • Capability to apply broad knowledge of one professional discipline or advanced knowledge of specific technical/operational practices.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness.
  • Comply with all security rules.
  • Comply with all safety rules.
  • Record and report production data.
  • Set up and change over equipment.
  • Use measuring and diagnostic tools.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams.
  • Exchange task level information
  • Communicate non-compliance incidents.
  • Prepare or update reports and documentation.
  • Self-motivated by consistently taking the initiative to get things done.
  • Identify areas for technical improvement.
    • Travel to our ACST locations will be involved 2024 to bring product to Chandler location. Approximately 3 weeks per month.

    • Overtime will be based on company needs

U.S. citizenship is required due to contractual requirements. Applicants must also be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of security processing

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2-4 years' experience in assembly.
