The Washington, DC office of McGuireWoods seeks an Associate to join its Antitrust group. 

McGuireWoods’ national government investigations and white collar litigation group has the experience and credibility clients trust with their most sensitive matters. This deep bench of more than 80 attorneys represents individual and corporate clients across industries in civil, criminal and congressional investigations and enforcement matters at the federal and state levels. The team brings decades of experience across the nation handling investigations and litigation at the intersection of business, politics and law.

Salary: $225,000 – $345,000

  • McGuireWoods is seeking qualified candidates with 2 to 5 years of antitrust experience and a demonstrated background in civil litigation and class action defense.
  • While civil litigation and class action experience is essential for this position, associates will be able to participate in all aspects of the practice and can expect to receive significant responsibility early on.   
  • Excellent academic credentials and writing skills are required, large firm experience is preferred.  
  • Candidates who have completed a federal clerkship will be strongly considered.
