Responsible for the safe maintenance and ground operations of all company aircraft.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Perform maintenance operations on all company aircraft per all applicable CFRs and manufacturer recommendations.
2. Comply with all government, industry, manufacturer, and company safety and operational requirements.
3. Attend aircraft maintenance, safety, and industry related training.
4. Complete documentation of maintenance logbooks and records as required by the FAA and company policy.
5. Tests, troubleshoots, and repairs aircraft mechanical systems.
6. Refuel or supervise the refueling of aircraft.
7. Assist with all aircraft ground handling procedures.
8. Participates in the Safety Management System.
9. Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
10. Performs aircraft servicing.
11. Positions aircraft prior to launch and after recovery.
12. Assists with departure and arrival processes.
13. Assists passengers, as necessary.
14. Cleans and details aircraft as assigned.
15. Maintains hangar and ground support equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. 5 years of experience as an aircraft mechanic
3. Holds a current FAA Airframe and Powerplant license
4. Attention to detail
5. Some knowledge of corporate and aviation software applications
6. Knowledge of Corporate Aviation Aircraft Security Procedures
7. Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
8. Problem-solving ability
9. Proven ability to function under heavy workloads and pressure

1. Experience on type aircraft currently operated by the company
