Account Executive, Institutional Client Services
Are you interested in joining Fidelity Institutional (FI) and working with Fidelity's distribution channels to grow the institutional business? Can you represent Fidelity's investment management capabilities and the broad functions of an investment account to institutional investors and their related providers? Do you work collaboratively across large and distributed teams to create alignment and represent the best of Fidelity to our clients? If so, we are excited to speak with you about an account executive role within FI's Institutional Client Group (ICG).
ICG is an institutional distribution arm of Fidelity Institutional with responsibility for managing the investment relationships with Fortune 500 and large public sector clients. We are looking for a client service professional that can serve as the primary point-of-contact for our numerous distribution channels and their client base. The key functions of the role are to facilitate the servicing requirements of complex investment accounts by using internal partners within the organization to deliver a robust experience for our clients. These key areas of focus will require investment and financial acumen as well as the ability to organize competing priorities, all while working across a demanding...but collaborative culture.
The ICG organization includes sales, relationship management, client servicing, consultant relations and institutional portfolio management teams. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a business that offers access to a comprehensive set of products and services, innovative investment tools and research, and dedicated client service professionals - all designed to help our clients thrive.
The Expertise You Have
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years experience in the financial services industry, with client facing experience preferred
- Passion for investments and working with institutional clients
- Ability to engage with all levels of a client organization
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving to promote client retention
- Experience navigating within a large organization to deliver effective solutions
