Our Wisconsin based agency client is looking for an Account Executive with a marketing background to join their team in a fulltime capacity.
This an exciting opportunity to act as the main point of contact, keeping your clients in the know, translating marketing plans into timelines and tasks while keeping an eye out for new business opportunities and ways to enhance the client relationship!
This position will require 3 days a week on site near De Pere Wisconsin and 2 days remote. This is a MUST.
The Account Executive will be responsible for coordinating and implementing multiple projects from kick off to completion with minimum supervision. This will include;
- All ongoing client communications which will include establishing and leading weekly meetings, creating agendas, setting kick offs, etc.
- Partnering closely with the Creative Director, Director of Digital Media and the Director of PR to ensure strategies are integrated, deadlines are met and the quality of work is up to standard
The Account Executive must have:
- 3+ years of experience in a mid level marketing position, ideally in an agency setting
- Proven ability to translate strategies into timelines, budgets, to do lists while managing the day to day
- Passion for working with people, excellent client communication skills with a genuine interest in building rapport
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
